The Mobile Garden Project Initiative
The Mobile Garden Project is a dynamic initiative that brings the joy of gardening to community centers across the region. Starting at the Tierney Learning Center in South Boston, our mission is to empower students through hands-on gardening experiences, teaching them about the plant life cycle, nutrition, and the value of collaboration.
Our Mission
The Mobile Garden Project connects children aged 10-13 with the wonders of gardening, fostering collaboration, mentorship, and a sense of accomplishment as they see their efforts bloom into thriving plants. As we expand, we hope to bring this enriching experience to other community centers, creating a network of gardens that grow both food and young minds.
